Fetch Mini, the new open pod system by SMOK, is upgraded inside out. Both sides of the body are made of high-end glass,

with a hardness of 7, bringing you glossy and exquisite texture. The internal battery is 1200mAh, while the weight is only 105g,

which reaches the balance of light and practical. Fetch is supported by advanced technology, allowing you to adjust wattage 

from 5W to 40W freely. As for screen, its 0.96” screen can offer you convenient operations. The kit includes two sets of pods 

and coils -- RPM pod and RPM Mesh 0.4Ω Coil, Nord pod and Nord Regular DC 0.6Ω Coil, which are one-to-one correspondence. You

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same day, the remainder ship out the following business day. Orders placed after business hours or after 3:30pm in the afternoon generally ship out the following business day.

We process orders from 10AM - 3:30PM on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.


Where do you ship to?
We ship to all Australian States and Territories except to SA due to legislation restricting online tobacco sales to SA residents.

International Shipping: Currently we ship to most countries. If your country  or locality is not listed during the checkout process, please contact us to discuss.

  
Estimated Transit Times: Orders placed prior to 3pm fly out of Darwin that night. All orders are shipped express via the Australia Post network. Generally the majority of orders are received within 1 - 3 days dependant on your location.

State Regulations:
Due to State Legislation we are sadly no longer able to ship to SA. Vapers in SA will need to visit bricks and mortar stores for vape supplies.
If there are any changes in regards to state regulations, we will update this page in the future. 
We hope that this situation changes, particularly for those in remote areas who may be forced back to smoking due to the lack of access that this government legislation has caused.


International Orders
All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments.


Vapourholics is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. 
In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. 


Please contact your local authorities information in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping product legislation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility by the postal service. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.


Please note that all international shipping delivery time varies based on location. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of arrival due to instances of customs and importation delays.


For Priority International shipments, tracking will show movement from our facility to the Australian international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (If you have not received any updates, please contact your local customs agency for an update).


Late Shipments

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders.

We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.


Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vapourholics, any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. First point of contact is the courier service. If you are unable to receive an update from the courier service or are unsatisfied with their response please reach out and contact us and we will follow up with the courier service on your behalf.

 
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.

Delivery:

Your vape mail will be classified as Adult Content and will not be handed to a minor. The courier will also not leave your parcel at the property, we do this to avoid children gaining access in any way to your vaping products.

Vaping is considered a Tobacco Product in the NT and we are governed by the same online laws regarding purchase as a traditional tobacconist. This is why we age verify prior to purchase and if required at delivery.

We do not believe that it is ethical to sell to children, and have taken measures to ensure that our products are inaccessible to minors.

Online stores that are accessible to minors endanger the entire Australian vaping Industry and increase the industries risk of further government regulations being imposed on businesses and consumers.

Worry Free 90 Days (3 months) Warranty on Faulty items!!!(conditions and exclusions apply)

Please choose carefully, due to hygiene reasons and the consumable nature of vaping products Vapourholics is unable to offer change of mind refunds or exchanges. We must do this to ensure that every product sold by us is brand new and unused, when you buy from us you can be assured your item has not been used by another customer cleaned up to appear as new and then returned to us to sell to the next customer.

We do however offer refunds or exchanges if the product is not as described or faulty.

Vapourholics will refund or replace the item where:

  • The product is faulty due to manufacturers fault 
  • The product does not match the sample or our description;
  • AND you can present your receipt as proof of purchase (Account customers will have access to their receipt from their online customer account, however we may also be able to source it for you)

If it is our fault you didn't get what you ordered we own it!


If it is faulty we will replace, refund or exchange it during the 90 day warranty period!

  

RETURNS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
  •  If you receive an item which has manufacturing defects or is not as described, you will need to make a request to return the item to our store within 90 days of its purchase from us.
  • If you receive your order and it has items missing or have found an item that is dead on arrival you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. (Via email is preferable, you can even use the contact form below)
  • The item/s must be returned to Vapourholics where Vapourholics will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged due to user error. If there are any signs of user damage due to dropping, water damage or misuse, this will void the warranty and the product will not be replaced. We perform these checks as the manufacturer will not replace faulty items due to user error.
  • Batteries have a DOA period of 5 days due to the nature of the product being that the cell life is highly dependant on the users usage and treatment.  Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace them.

Please return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery (with tracking). You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.

Vapourholics may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
  
Vapourholics reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Vapourholics will not accept the return of items from the following categories under any circumstances.
 
  • E-Liquid (EG: PG/VG/ E-JUICE/ DIY ADDITIVES): Cannot be returned at all, so please ensure that you buy the correct one as we are unable to replace or exchange E-liquid once it has been sent out, due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if it has been doctored / tampered with. If you find your shipment was damaged, has missing or faulty products, and wish to replace these damaged parts, or have any other related queries with an order please don’t hesitate to contact us and use your order number as the subject / reference.
  • Atomisers, Cartomisers, Clearomisers and Drip Tips: These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of hygiene reasons, and due to the nature of some devices used, we will replace atomisers that are dead on arrival but only if contacted straight away (within 72 hours of receipt of delivery), we cannot & will not replace these items on the basis you had not used it but have had it in your possession for a while so please check these items on receipt of delivery.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non refundable

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN & RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Contact Vapourholics with product name, order number and description of the fault. We will assess the issue as it may be fixable simply by adjusting the menu settings! It may not be a fault at all...

2. If deemed a possible fault for assessment we will supply a refund form for you to complete and send with your item

3. Pack the device securely and post your return to the address below along with the return form

4, Supply the tracking number via email to us and once your return has been assessed we will contact you to advise on the outcome.

Should the item be deemed faulty we will refund you the shipping expense you have incurred

Vapourholics does not accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. We strongly suggest that customers use a trackable delivery method.

Use the correct batteries

Not all batteries are designed for vaping and using the wrong batteries can be dangerous. Our advice is to always read your mod manufacturers operations manual and only use batteries which meet the specifications of the device.

While it is difficult to give you an estimated time frame for replacement of your batteries due to individual user behavior and recharging patterns a good indicator that your battery needs to be replaced is the time that takes to discharge.

If you notice that your batteries are not lasting as long as they used to this is an indicator of the need to replace them. Even if you haven’t noticed a decrease in the time it takes to discharge your batteries it is advisable to replace them at least every six months or even earlier if you are a heavy vaper.

  

  Dispose of old batteries safely using a recycling facility

While when it comes time to dispose of your batteries they may be old and carrying little charge, lithium-ion batteries still have the potential to short circuit if thrown into your regular garbage.

    RETURNS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

    13 Regulated Mod Battery Safety Tips For Safe Vaping

      

    Use the correct batteries

    Not all batteries are designed for vaping and using the wrong batteries can be dangerous. Our advice is to always read your mod manufacturers operations manual and only use batteries which meet the specifications of the device.

    When choosing your batteries don't take for granted that the numbers printed on the battery wraps are accurate as these are often misleading. If you're worried about which batteries to use check out our recommended top vape batteries.

       

    Beware of counterfeit batteries

    Not all batteries are created equal and unfortunately there are many cheap and inferior batteries available for purchase online. Most alarming in this regard is that the most popular and expensive battery brands, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung are the most highly counterfeited.

    Our advice is to only purchase your batteries from a reputable local vape shop or highly trusted online vendor. The bottom line if the price of the batteries looks to good to be true chances they are counterfeit copies.

      

    Always use paired batteries

    If you're using a dual battery regulated vape mod always use paired batteries of the same brand and age. Mixing and matching batteries can be dangerous due to imbalances in capacity and performance. By pairing your batteries you will ensure that the cells get the same number of charges/discharges which will maximize our safety.

      

    Use a quality battery charger

    While it is possible to recharge most batteries from within the mod our recommendation for a safer charge is to always use an external battery charger. The best external chargers will also provide you with extra safety features including timers, battery data displays, health monitoring and automatic cut off once charging is complete.

      

    Always monitor your battery when charging

    Never leave your batteries charging unattended, especially over night. Overcharging you batteries can cause battery damage, which can lead to venting and potential fire. If the battery is overcharged the excessive voltage can increase the wattage and current to dangerous levels. Similarly your battery charger is an electronic device and while failures are rare they have been know to happen.

      

    Don't drain your batteries

    18650 batteries are lithium-ion and as such don't like to be fully drained. Fully draining your batteries before recharge actually causes them to lose capacity.

    Our advice - perform shallow discharges. Lithium-ion battery life performs best when you discharge them for a little bit, then charge them for a little bit. According to Battery University, a partial discharge reduces stress and increases battery life.

    To optimize your battery health and life they recommend performing discharges to 50% as opposed to small discharges to 90% or large discharges to 0% (since the 50% discharges provide the best number of cycles-to-usage ratio).

      

    Replace your batteries regularly

    As mentioned above lithium-ion batteries, like all other batteries lose capacity over time. While it is difficult to give you an estimated time frame for replacement of your batteries due to individual user behavior and recharging patterns a good indicator that your battery needs to be replaced is the time that takes to discharge.

    If you notice that your batteries are not lasting as long as they used to this is an indicator of the need to replace them. Even if you haven’t noticed a decrease in the time it takes to discharge your batteries it is advisable to replace them at least every six months or even earlier if you are a heavy vaper.

      

      Dispose of old batteries safely using a recycling facility

    While when it comes time to dispose of your batteries they may be old and carrying little charge, lithium-ion batteries still have the potential to short circuit if thrown into your regular garbage.

    Our advice is always dispose of you batteries in a recycling bin, its safer and good for the environment.

      

    Store your batteries in cases

    When not using your batteries, storing or carrying your batteries without the use of a protective case is potentially dangerous. Unprotected batteries can short leading to venting and potential explosion if they come into contact with metal objects.

    There has been a number of cases where people transporting loose batteries in their pocket or bag has led to contact with things like keys or coins resulting in explosion and personal injury.

    Our advice buy yourself a cheap plastic battery case and always carry your batteries safely.

      

    Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures

    Vape batteries do not like extremes of temperature so to avoid potential battery damage always store your batteries in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposing your batteries to high temperatures strains your batteries and in extreme circumstances can cause them to vent. Conversely exposure to extreme cold will rapidly diminish your battery capacity.

    If you live in an extremely hot environment like northern Australia where summer temperatures often exceed 40℃, never leave your vape device or batteries in the center console of your car or glove compartment. A smart thing to do is to store your batteries in small lunch cooler.

      

    Check your battery wraps regularly

    The wrapping around your vape battery is critical to the safety of the battery. In the event of the battery wrap becoming damaged in any way it should be replaced immediately.

    If your battery is relatively new you can re-wrap it yourself or take it to your local vape shop and get the staff to do it for you. If the battery is already a little old play it safe and just replace it.

    Don't put the battery back in your mod as this can be extremely dangerous.

      

    Replace damaged batteries immediately

    In the event that you drop your batteries and they become dented or wet it is important to replace them immediately. If the battery casing is compromised in any way this will start the process of thermal runaway and continuing to use your batteries once this occurs poses a significant danger.

      

    Avoid over-triggering your vape

    Extending triggering of your vape device by holding the fire button down repeatedly for long periods of time can cause battery damage leading to thermal runaway. When not using your vape make sure you turn your vape off or engage your firing button lock.

      Not all batteries are designed for vaping and using the wrong batteries can be dangerous. Our advice is to always read your mod manufacturers operations manual and only use batteries which meet the specifications of the device.

      Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures

      Vape batteries do not like extremes of temperature so to avoid potential battery damage always store your batteries in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposing your batteries to high temperatures strains your batteries and in extreme circumstances can cause them to vent. Conversely exposure to extreme cold will rapidly diminish your battery capacity.

      If you live in an extremely hot environment like northern Australia where summer temperatures often exceed 40℃, never leave your vape device or batteries in the center console of your car or glove compartment. A smart thing to do is to store your batteries in small lunch cooler.

        

      Check your battery wraps regularly

      The wrapping around your vape battery is critical to the safety of the battery. In the event of the battery wrap becoming damaged in any way it should be replaced immediately.

We must do this to ensure that every product sold by us is brand new and unused, when you buy from us you can be assured your item has not been used by another customer cleaned up to appear as new and then returned to us to sell to the next customer.

      Vapourholics will refund or replace the item where:

      • The product is faulty due to manufacturers fault

      RETURNS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
      •  If you receive an item which has manufacturing defects or is not as described, you will need to make a request to return the item to our store within 90 days of its purchase from us.
      • If you receive your order and it has items missing or have found an item that is dead on arrival you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. (Via email is preferable, you can even use the contact form below)
      • The item/s must be returned to Vapourholics where Vapourholics will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged due to user error. If there are any signs of user damage due to dropping, water damage or misuse, this will void the warranty and the product will not be replaced. We perform these checks as the manufacturer will not replace faulty items due to user error.
      • Batteries have a DOA period of 5 days due to the nature of the product being that the cell life is highly dependant on the users usage and treatment.  Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace them.

      Please return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery (with tracking). You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.

      Vapourholics may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

      13 Regulated Mod Battery Safety Tips For Safe Vaping

        

      Use the correct batteries

      Not all batteries are designed for vaping and using the wrong batteries can be dangerous. Our advice is to always read your mod manufacturers operations manual and only use batteries which meet the specifications of the device.

      When choosing your batteries don't take for granted that the numbers printed on the battery wraps are accurate as these are often misleading. If you're worried about which batteries to use check out our recommended top vape batteries.

         

      Beware of counterfeit batteries

      Not all batteries are created equal and unfortunately there are many cheap and inferior batteries available for purchase online. Most alarming in this regard is that the most popular and expensive battery brands, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung are the most highly counterfeited.

      Our advice is to only purchase your batteries from a reputable local vape shop or highly trusted online vendor. The bottom line if the price of the batteries looks to good to be true chances they are counterfeit copies.

        

      Always use paired batteries

      If you're using a dual battery regulated vape mod always use paired batteries of the same brand and age. Mixing and matching batteries can be dangerous due to imbalances in capacity and performance. By pairing your batteries you will ensure that the cells get the same number of charges/discharges which will maximize our safety.

        

      Use a quality battery charger

      While it is possible to recharge most batteries from within the mod our recommendation for a safer charge is to always use an external battery charger. The best external chargers will also provide you with extra safety features including timers, battery data displays, health monitoring and automatic cut off once charging is complete.

        

      Always monitor your battery when charging

      Never leave your batteries charging unattended, especially over night. Overcharging you batteries can cause battery damage, which can lead to venting and potential fire. If the battery is overcharged the excessive voltage can increase the wattage and current to dangerous levels. Similarly your battery charger is an electronic device and while failures are rare they have been know to happen.

        

      Don't drain your batteries

      18650 batteries are lithium-ion and as such don't like to be fully drained. Fully draining your batteries before recharge actually causes them to lose capacity.

      Our advice - perform shallow discharges. Lithium-ion battery life performs best when you discharge them for a little bit, then charge them for a little bit. According to Battery University, a partial discharge reduces stress and increases battery life.

      To optimize your battery health and life they recommend performing discharges to 50% as opposed to small discharges to 90% or large discharges to 0% (since the 50% discharges provide the best number of cycles-to-usage ratio).

        

      Replace your batteries regularly

      As mentioned above lithium-ion batteries, like all other batteries lose capacity over time. While it is difficult to give you an estimated time frame for replacement of your batteries due to individual user behavior and recharging patterns a good indicator that your battery needs to be replaced is the time that takes to discharge.

      If you notice that your batteries are not lasting as long as they used to this is an indicator of the need to replace them. Even if you haven’t noticed a decrease in the time it takes to discharge your batteries it is advisable to replace them at least every six months or even earlier if you are a heavy vaper.

      Use the correct batteries

      Not all batteries are designed for vaping and using the wrong batteries can be dangerous. Our advice is to always read your mod manufacturers operations manual and only use batteries which meet the specifications of the device.

      When choosing your batteries don't take for granted that the numbers printed on the battery wraps are accurate as these are often misleading. If you're worried about which batteries to use check out our recommended top vape batteries.

         

      Beware of counterfeit batteries

      Not all batteries are created equal and unfortunately there are many cheap and inferior batteries available for purchase online. Most alarming in this regard is that the most popular and expensive battery brands, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung are the most highly counterfeited.

      Our advice is to only purchase your batteries from a reputable local vape shop or highly trusted online vendor. The bottom line if the price of the batteries looks to good to be true chances they are counterfeit copies.

        

      Always use paired batteries

      If you're using a dual battery regulated vape mod always use paired batteries of the same brand and age. Mixing and matching batteries can be dangerous due to imbalances in capacity and performance. By pairing your batteries you will ensure that the cells get the same number of charges/discharges which will maximize our safety.

        

      Use a quality battery charger

      While it is possible to recharge most batteries from within the mod our recommendation for a safer charge is to always use an external battery charger.       Don't drain your batteries

      18650 batteries are lithium-ion and as such don't like to be fully drained. Fully draining your batteries before recharge actually causes them to lose capacity.

      Our advice - perform shallow discharges. Lithium-ion battery life performs best when you discharge them for a little bit, then charge them for a little bit. According to Battery University, a partial discharge reduces stress and increases battery life.

      To optimize your battery health and life they recommend performing discharges to 50% as opposed to small discharges to 90% or large discharges to 0% (since the 50% discharges provide the best number of cycles-to-usage ratio).

        

      Replace your batteries regularly

      As mentioned above lithium-ion batteries, like all other batteries lose capacity over time. While it is difficult to give you an estimated time frame for replacement of your batteries due to individual user behavior and recharging patterns a good indicator that your battery needs to be replaced is the time that takes to discharge.

      If you notice that your batteries are not lasting as long as they used to this is an indicator of the need to replace them. Even if you haven’t noticed a decrease in the time it takes to discharge your batteries it is advisable to replace them at least every six months or even earlier if you are a heavy vaper.

        

        Dispose of old batteries safely using a recycling facility

      While when it comes time to dispose of your batteries they may be old and carrying little charge, lithium-ion batteries still have the potential to short circuit if thrown into your regular garbage.

      Our advice is always dispose of you batteries in a recycling bin, its safer and good for the environment.

        

      Store your batteries in cases

      When not using your batteries, storing or carrying your batteries without the use of a protective case is potentially dangerous. Unprotected batteries can short leading to venting and potential explosion if they come into contact with metal objects.

      There has been a number of cases where people transporting loose batteries in their pocket or bag has led to contact with things like keys or coins resulting in explosion and personal injury.

      Our advice buy yourself a cheap plastic battery case and always carry your batteries safely.

        

      Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures

      Vape batteries do not like extremes of temperature so to avoid potential battery damage always store your batteries in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposing your batteries to high temperatures strains your batteries and in extreme circumstances can cause them to vent. Conversely exposure to extreme cold will rapidly diminish your battery capacity.

      If you live in an extremely hot environment like northern Australia where summer temperatures often exceed 40℃, never leave your vape device or batteries in the center console of your car or glove compartment. A smart thing to do is to store your batteries in small lunch cooler.

        

      Check your battery wraps regularly

      The Orion DNA Go is a revolutionary pod system that collaborative effort between Lost Vape and Evolv and is a truly a giant leap in the ultra portable system platform.       Most orders ship the same day, the remainder ship out the following business day. Orders placed after business hours or after 3:30pm in the afternoon generally ship out the following business day.

      We ship to all Australian States and Territories except to SA due to legislation restricting online tobacco sales to SA residents.

      Estimated Transit Times: Orders placed prior to 3pm fly out of Darwin that night. All orders are shipped express via the Australia Post network. Generally the majority of orders are received within 1 - 3 days dependant on your location.

We must do this to ensure that every product sold by us is brand new and unused, when you buy from us you can be assured your item has not been used by another customer cleaned up to appear as new and then returned to us to sell to the next customer.

      We do however offer refunds or exchanges if the product is not as described or faulty.

      Vapourholics will refund or replace the item where:

      • The product is faulty due to manufacturers fault 
      • The product does not match the sample or our description;
      • AND you can present your receipt as proof of purchase (Account customers will have access to their receipt from their online customer account, however we may also be able to source it for you)

      RETURNS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
      •  If you receive an item which has manufacturing defects or is not as described, you will need to make a request to return the item to our store within 90 days of its purchase from us.
      • If you receive your order and it has items missing or have found an item that is dead on arrival you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. (Via email is preferable, you can even use the contact form below)
      • The item/s must be returned to Vapourholics where Vapourholics will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged due to user error. If there are any signs of user damage due to dropping, water damage or misuse, this will void the warranty and the product will not be replaced. We perform these checks as the manufacturer will not replace faulty items due to user error.
      • Batteries have a DOA period of 5 days due to the nature of the product being that the cell life is highly dependant on the users usage and treatment.  Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace them.

      Please return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery (with tracking). You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.

      Vapourholics may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
